Return, Refund & Shipping Policy

Returns:
You may return unused items within 10 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure the item is securely packed and returned to us. Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Returns must be initiated within 10 days of delivery
Refunds:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds are processed within 2 business days after approval and credited to your original payment method within 4-7 business days, depending on your bank. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges:
For approved exchanges, we will dispatch the replacement product within 2-3 business days of receiving the returned item. You can expect delivery within a week (location-dependent).
Note: While we strive to meet these timelines, delays may occur due to carrier delays, remote locations, or unforeseen circumstances. Texce is not responsible for delays once the replacement order is handed over to the shipping partner.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, report within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. We will arrange a free return and replacement at no extra cost.
Final Sale Items:
Final sale items (clearance/discounted products) are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are damaged or defective upon receipt.
